Meet Your Guide: Sara Forcella
Sara is an educator, licensed clinical social worker, Certified EMDR Therapist™ and Level II Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over a decade of experience helping survivors of relational trauma. She also has specialized training in supporting adult children of emotionally immature parents. Having personally navigated the challenges of emotional immaturity, Sara deeply understands the profound impact it can have. She is passionate about helping others heal, sharing the insights and tools she has gained along the way. With a warm, compassionate, and approachable style, she is committed to guiding participants through a transformative journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth.

This is the course I wish every adult raised by emotionally immature parents had access to. I’m truly excited you’re considering it. A few years ago, I came across the term “emotionally immature parents”—and it immediately resonated. Not just with my own experiences, but with the countless stories I’d heard from my clients. I dove deep into understanding this dynamic and felt compelled to share what I had learned. In addition to my individual therapy work, I created both a therapy group and a support group for adult children of emotionally immature parents. Over time, I began hearing from people far beyond my local area, all looking for support and resources. I knew I needed to create something that could reach more people—no matter where they live. That’s when this online course came to life. I’ve poured my heart into this program—blending practical tools, interventions, and psychoeducation that I believe can truly make a difference.
