Sara is an educator, licensed clinical social worker, Certified EMDR Therapist™ and  Level II Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over a decade of experience helping survivors of relational trauma. She also has specialized training in supporting adult children of emotionally immature parents. Having personally navigated the challenges of emotional immaturity, Sara deeply understands the profound impact it can have. She is passionate about helping others heal, sharing the insights and tools she has gained along the way. With a warm, compassionate, and approachable style, she is committed to guiding participants through a transformative journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth.
