This isn’t therapy—it’s a supportive, empowering space where you’ll learn simple, evidence-based tools from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and compassion practices to help you get clear on what truly matters to you. You’ll discover how to manage difficult emotions, break free from overthinking and perfectionism, and set kind yet firm boundaries that honor your needs. Together, we’ll build a personalized stress management plan to keep you calm, grounded, and confident as your big day approaches. This is a small group workshop, limited to just 10 participants, so you’ll receive personalized attention while also benefiting from the power of shared experience. You’ll connect virtually with a community of brides navigating similar challenges—so you’ll never have to face this alone. That said, we know that group spaces can feel a little awkward at first. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’d like. You don’t have to be outgoing, and you won’t be put on the spot. This is a gentle, inclusive space designed to meet you where you are—no pressure, just support. This bootcamp is for anyone who identifies as a bride—no matter their background or identity—ready to feel more centered, confident, and in control of their wedding experience.
